Eighteen students, who had earned advanced degrees in national security, intelligence, and information operations, walked across the stage to officially collect their degrees. Recognized specialist in national security law “Spike” Bowman, J.D., LL.M. gave the Commencement Address.

That is why further development of the cooperation between the Continent and the United States is of key importance for our economies, defense and security.”
