Daniel Morgan Graduate School (DMGS) recently was privileged to host a special exiting ceremony in honor of our Polish students completing numerous certificate programs. Julian Kulski, Board of Trustees member and esteemed World War II Polish resistance leader, spoke directly to the students and gave a speech praising their accomplishment in receiving their graduate certificate diplomas in Intelligence Specialization; National Security, Intelligence, and Information Operations for the 21st Century; and Russian Security Studies. Kulski originally birthed the idea for DMGS’s certificate program and personally recruited many of the first class of certificate students from Poland. Tisia Saffold, our Director of Student Services, testified to the these student’s incredible dedication and hard work in completing these certificate programs.
