On September 26, 2018, Daniel Morgan Graduate School (DMGS) co-hosted the 11th Annual Global Investment Symposium, “Pathways to Prosperity” with the International Economic Alliance (IEA) at the Harvard Club in Manhattan. The day held talks on negotiating, the GDP around the world, investing in Saudi Arabia, and a session on economics of national security with Col Chris Croft, DMGS President, and Bruce Mosler, Chairman Emeritus, BENS. Other noteworthy speakers included David Lax, 3-D Solutions; Jonathan Woetzel, McKinsey; and His Excellency Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman Al-Omar, Minister of the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Investment.
DMGS engaged in a partnership with Van McCormick, IEA Founder, in February to co-host the Symposium with the purpose of introducing and promoting DMGS and DMGS students to Ambassadors, Foreign Ministers, and corporations during during the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Opportunities like the 11th Annual Global Investment Symposium allow DMGS students remarkable networking and career growth opportunities, but also enable our students to gain from the vast understanding of national and international experts in the national security field.
