Because of our location in downtown Washington DC, we are frequently questioned about the availability of student housing.

Housing Rates:
- Double Bedroom:
$9,000 (without meal plan)
$13,600 (with full meal plan) - Single Bedroom
$11,500 (without meal plan)
$16,000 (with full meal plan)
Single or Double Room in a fully furnished residence hall with a shared bathroom arrangement. The full meal plan provides 19 meals each week. Dining facilities will also provide an optional boxed lunch/dinner to go or students can bring a container and fill it with food themselves.
Amenities include:
- Free shuttle to the Metro
- Wired and wireless internet connection
- Cable TV (in room), air-conditioning
- Free laundry (machines are free – students are responsible for detergent).
