Daniel Morgan Graduate School (DMGS) hosted a special reception for our partner the Global Special Operations Forces Foundation (GSF) on November 13.  Through prestigious networking events such as this, DMGS aims to really connect our students, as well as our professors, to key figures involved in ongoing initiatives that our important to our national security.  The relaxed and congenial setting of this week’s event enabled our students to develop informal relationships and to have insightful discussions with pivotal members of the Special Operations Forces at home and abroad.

GSF aims to “build and grow an international Special Operations Forces (SOF) network of military, government, commercial, and educational stakeholders in order to advance SOF capabilities and partnerships to confront global and networked threats.” DMGS faculty and staff also mingled with our guests and offered them insight into our academic programs and departments.

The Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security partners with leading organizations on a variety of initiatives and projects, enriching our academic environment and promoting the free exchange of ideas. Such partnerships provide an enhancement to our degree programs which serve to credential those who are seeking highly specialized careers in the national security community or for those wanting to transition their careers into this field.
