Admissions

Welcome to the Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security admissions page for prospective students. These pages will assist you in learning more about our admissions and financial aid process.
Admission is competitive, with decisions rendered on a rolling basis, as applications are received and made complete for review, and as long as space remains in the entering class.
Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, records of past achievement in the classroom and competitive GRE scores. In some cases, the GRE requirement can be waived if a student has significant professional experience. Prospective students are strongly encouraged to visit the school or arrange an informal informational interview with a senior staff member at any time during the application process.
DMGS seeks to enroll a diverse, representative student body composed of serious scholars and practitioners from throughout the country. DMGS also seeks students who demonstrate the capability to think creatively and critically in order to resolve the strategic challenges and threats we face as a nation.
We encourage you to explore our site and thank you for your interest in the Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security.
